Where we can, we've done our best to give you both gram weight and cup measurements to make Maggie's recipes easier to cook according to what makes sense in your kitchen.
Oven temperature guide
Unless specified otherwise, all of Maggie's recipes are based on fan-forced oven temperatures. If using a conventional (that is non-fan-forced) oven you may need to increase the temperature by 10 or 20ºC (50 or 68ºF). Fan-assisted ovens differ from fan-forced ovens in that use of the fan is optional, making them more flexible.
