I really mean it when I say I get excited about pulling the food together for Christmas, even though there are a few ingredients I must wait for Mother Nature to decide on for me. Take the first flush of figs, for example - will they be ready in time for Christmas? If not, who do I know growing figs in a warmer climate that might be able to help me out? Is there anything you’re hoping Mother Nature will bring you in time for Christmas?
