Chocolate Chestnut Log

Step 1: Cream butter, sugar, egg and Cognac (or brandy) until pale.
Step 2: Add chestnut puree and mix thoroughly. Put half the mixture into a separate bowl and thoroughly mix in the chocolate. Set aside to cool.
Step 3: Spread chocolate mixture into a rectangle shape (about 24 x 12 cm) on a sheet of baking paper or foil, then top with chestnut mixture.
Step 4: Roll into a log shape and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
Step 5: Unwrap, place on a platter, dust with cocoa and slice with a sharp knife dipped in hot water.
