Ginger, Lemon and Sparkling Chardonnay Mocktail

Step 1: Half fill 5 glasses with crushed ice.

Step 2: Evenly divide the ginger, lemon zest and lemongrass between the glasses.

Step 3: Pour over the Sparkling Chardonnay, stir and serve.


  1. 3 cup crushed ice
  2. 50g fresh ginger peeled, thinly sliced and bruised
  3. zest of 1 lemon removed with a peeler
  4. 2 storks lemongrass cut into think slices
  5. 750ml 1 bottle Sparkling Chardonnay
