Step 1: Remove the seeds from the pomegranate by cutting it in half then, using a wooden spoon, hit the skin side with the flesh side in the palm of your hand, place a bowl under your hand and the seeds will start to fall out, as well as catching the juice.

Step 2: To serve; place 2 tsp of pomegranate seeds and 2 tsp of pomegranate juice into your serving glass ware, along with 1 wedge of peach into each glass.

Step 3: Then pour over the super chill Prosecco and garnish with a wedge of peach on the rim of the glass, by making a small cut through the skin.

Step 4: You can make this delicious mocktail into a cocktail by substituting Maggie Beer Prosecco with an alcoholic Prosecco.
